PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor concrete finishing structure in which even when an amine carbonate as a main ingredient of a curing agent for epoxy resin is present in excess on a hardened surface of an aqueous epoxy resin mortar composition containing hydraulic cement, aggregate and aqueous epoxy resin, a solventless urethane resin finishing material to be applied onto the hardened surface exhibits good adhesive property, and to provide a floor concrete finishing method.;SOLUTION: A floor concrete finishing structure comprises, in order on base concrete, a layer formed by applying and hardening an aqueous epoxy resin cement composition, a layer formed by applying and hardening 0.8-2.0 kg/m² of a coating material composition which is a specific aqueous epoxy resin mortar composition containing hydraulic cement, aggregate and aqueous epoxy resin, a layer formed by applying and hardening an aqueous urethane resin cement composition comprising hydraulic cement and aqueous urethane resin, and a solventless urethane resin finishing layer.
