PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which satisfies visibility with polarized sunglasses, thinness, and peel resistance of a coating film.SOLUTION: The hard coat film comprises one or more resin layers including a hard coat layer on a stretched polyester film having a thickness of 4 to 12 m and a degree of orientation of 2.0 or less. The hard coat layer is formed of a hard coat-forming composition containing an ionizing radiation-curable resin A. The one or more resin layers have a curling value of 14 mm or less as measured by the following conditions, and a ratio of [thickness of stretched polyester film]/[thickness of hard coat layer] is 0.7 to 4.0. (Curling value): compositions which form each layer of the one or more resin layers are coated on a stretched polyester film having a thickness of 25 m and a degree of orientation of 1.5, dried, and irradiated with ionizing radiation to form respective layers in order and allowed to stand for 5 minutes. Thereafter, a sample of 10 cm square is cut out, and the sample is placed on a horizontal rack so that the polyester side faces the rack. Height of four corners of the sample which are lifted up from the rack is measured, and an average of the four corners is taken as the curling value of the sample.
