PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect and visualize inspection data of a facility appliance based on its time series variation.;SOLUTION: A prediction arithmetic part 23 predicts the change after present inspection using the present inspection data and past inspection data history. A determination part 22 determines whether it is normal or abnormal by comparing the present inspection data, the past inspection data history and prediction data with a criterion respectively.
