PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and highly-efficient power generator having a heat source and a Seebeck element integrated.SOLUTION: A Seebeck element power generator utilizing double-pipe type heat pipe of photovoltaic heat collection vacuum glass is configured so that a radiating section of a heat pipe 4 projecting above a vacuum glass double pipe 1 is inserted into a drilled plate made of metal or resin such as copper or aluminum to be in close contact or to be in contact with a bottom surface of the plate.
