PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information for properly acquiring the brain activity.SOLUTION: Index data generated based on the output of an NIRS sensor and the state of a task on the brain activity given to an object person is translated into data on a phase plane taking an index value and a time differential value of the index value as two axes, the data on the phase plane is grouped by each task state, an evaluation value is calculated based on scattering of data on the phase plane depending on grouping, and image data for displaying an image enabling confirmation of the evaluation value is generated.
