PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorophore-incorporated polyacrylamide fluorescent temperature sensor that is capable of short time quantitative measurement and high time resolution in fluorescence life measurement.SOLUTION: Provided is a temperature-sensitive probe including a copolymer comprising a heat-sensitive unit, cationic unit, and fluorescent unit. The heat-sensitive unit has a repeating structure derived from a monomer represented by formula (a). In the formula (a), R1 is H and C1-3 alkyl; R4 and R5 are independently H and C1-20 alkyl which may have a substituent, or R4 and R5 form a 4 to 8-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring with the bonded nitrogen atom, and the heterocyclic ring may be substituted by one or more substituent selected from C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, nitro, halogen atom, C1-10 alkylcarbonylamino, and arylcarbonylamino.
