PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can easily remove thiophenes from hydrocarbons.;SOLUTION: The invention is a removal method of thiophenes from hydrocarbons using ion exchange type zeolite, and in which, characterized, the hydrocarbons are contacted with ion exchange type zeolite comprising at least one metal selected from Ca, Ba, La and Sn, to adsorb thiophenes in the hydrocarbons to the ion exchange type zeolite.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
