PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance security.SOLUTION: Workflow execution devices, which are an example of MFPs, each include: a workflow specification part 55 that specifies a workflow defining a plurality of types of processing; an external processing specification part 57 that specifies external processing from the plurality of types of processing defined in the workflow; a device specification part 59 that specifies, as a second external device, a device storing account information requested from the first external device for causing the first external device to execute the external processing; a sub workflow creation part 61 that creates a sub workflow; and a workflow changing part 63 that changes external processing in the sub workflow to cause the second external device to execute the sub workflow. When the external processing is specified, the workflow execution part 65 executes workflow changed by the workflow changing part 63 in place of the above workflow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
