PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic culture method capable of easily controlling the symbiotic activities between plants and microorganisms, aiming to solve the problem that the conventional microorganism symbiosis-type hydroponic culture has tried to control the symbiotic activities between plants and microorganisms by only administering useful microorganisms, without considering the conditions such as the density of useful microorganism in the rhizosphere, the growth stage of the crop plant, the structural characteristics of the hydroponic culture apparatus, and the kind of the main crop plant, so the symbiotic activities between plants and microorganisms has been hardly maintained stably since the state of the symbiosis changes with the changes of the above mentioned conditions.SOLUTION: A plant highly able to gather and proliferate microorganisms is mix-planted in a hydroponic culture apparatus installed in an open-type greenhouse. In addition, useful natural symbiotic bacteria are separately manufactured by utilizing symbiotic activities between the plants of the same kind as the mix-planted plant and microorganisms. The useful natural symbiotic bacteria are continuously administered and the nutrient liquid temperature is controlled.
