PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of an estimated value of a total generated power calculated applying a smoothing effect.SOLUTION: The generated power estimation device includes: a power estimation unit that calculates a generated power for every component of a plurality of frequency bands contained in observation values on the basis of the observation values that represents a time series of solar radiation intensities observed at a plurality of observation points located in an area, and an observation gain that represents a correlation between a power output from photovoltaic power generation facilities located each of a plurality of cells formed by dividing the area, and the observation values; and an addition unit that calculates a total sum of the generated power for every frequency band calculated by the power estimation unit and outputs the calculated total sum as a total generated power.
