PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress a bending load on an output shaft and to assure sealability of an interior of a housing.;SOLUTION: An arm stopper mechanism mounting device has: an output shaft 22; a housing 113 provided with a hole used for inspection of sealability of an interior thereof; an encapsulation component which can be removed the hole during inspection sealability; and an arm stopper mechanism 160 which are configured from a steering arm 161 and a stopper 162. The steering arm is equipped with a hole for the output shaft in which the output shaft 22 is inserted, two holes 172 for a tie rod into each of which a tie rod 8 is fitted, and two abutment surfaces 176 which are made to abut onto the stopper. The stopper is equipped with two contact surfaces 186, an angle θst1 formed by said two contact surfaces of the stopper is larger than an angle θar1 formed by said two abutment surfaces of the steering arm and is equal to or larger than 90°.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
