Search method and system according to the multi-instance learning

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a search method and system by multi-instance learning.;SOLUTION: Disclosed is a search method including: acquiring a training package including a positive training package and a training instance in the training packages; generating a weight in each training instance in the positive training package; acquiring, as for all instances in the training package and a test package, a sort score in each test instance by using the weight of each training instance in the positive training package; specifying the sort scores of each test package on the basis of the sort score of each test instance in the test package; and specifying a search result on the basis of the sort scores of the test package, and the absolute size of the weight indicates an extent to which the lookup word meaning of a user can be expressed by the corresponding training instance. Thus, it is possible to much more sufficiently use information provided by the instance in the positive training package, and to improve search performance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
