PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide and the like useful for a cancer vaccine therapy to a prostate cancer patient.SOLUTION: The invention provides a peptide which can be bound to an HLA-A3 supertype allele and consists of a given amino acid sequence recognized by cell-mediated immunity, particularly including EZH2-derived peptide, a nucleic acid molecule consisting of a base sequence encoding the peptide, and a vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule, as well as a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of prostate cancer comprising at least either of them, a prostate cancer-reactive cytotoxic T cell inducer, and an antigen presenting cell modifier.SELECTED DRAWING: None
