STATE IN BLAST FURNACE ESTIMATION DEVICE AND STATE IN BLAST FURNACE ESTIMATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an in-pile state of an operating blast furnace in real time and with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: In operation of a blast furnace producing pig iron by charging a charging material in the furnace, at least gas component of in-pile gas flowing through the in-pile of the blast furnace is measured along the furnace diameter direction. The measured data is collected, and experience data of the gas component used to produce pig iron is calculated based on the collected measured data. Based on the calculated experience data of the gas component, charge state of the charging material in the operating blast furnace is estimated, and based on the estimated charge state of the charging material, the in-pile state of the operating blast furnace is estimated.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
