Provided is an acrylic resin composition used for producing radiation-curable solvent-based acrylic adhesives capable of thick coating and of obtaining adhesive layers with a beautiful coating surface. The acrylic resin composition is characterized in: containing an acrylic resin (A), an organic solvent (B), and an ethylenic unsaturated compound (C) containing one ethylenic unsaturated group; the proportion contained (weight ratio) of the acrylic resin (A) and the ethylenic unsaturated compound containing one ethylenic unsaturated group (C) being (A):(C)=10:90 to 75:25; and when the flash point (°C) of the organic solvent (B) is Bf.p. and the flash point (°C) of the ethylenic unsaturated compound with one ethylenic unsaturated group (C) is Cf.p., Cf.p. being higher than Bf.p. and the difference between Cf.p. and Bf.p. being 50°C or more.
