PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide film removal method of an aluminum member which allows easy removal of an oxide film formed on the surface of an aluminum member by electrolytic polishing and an aluminum member with an oxide film removed by the oxide film removal method.SOLUTION: An oxide film removal method of an aluminum member comprises polishing an aluminum member 4 electrolytically and, as a post-treatment, removing an oxide film formed on the surface of the aluminum member 4 by the electrolytic polishing. In the post-treatment, the aluminum member 4 is immersed in a hydrogen fluoride solution 9 consisting of hydrofluoric acid contained in a container 10 for hydrogen fluoride solution to remove the oxide film formed on the aluminum member 4 by dissolution, and the temperature of the hydrogen fluoride solution 9 is 10-30°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
