PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, a device and a method which can detect influencer having a high influence degree in a comment sentence to be submitted.;SOLUTION: A program comprises: mental state determination means which outputs a mental state based on psychological keyword included in a comment sentence; score storage means which stores a score of the mental state for each quotation address; score update means which increases the score of the mental state of the reference comment sentence including the quotation address when the mental state is changed between the reference comment sentence and one or more forward comment sentences in the past, and/or increases the score of the mental state of the backward comment sentence when the mental state is changed between the reference comment sentence and one or more backward comment sentences in the future; and influencer detection means which outputs a prescribed number of quotation address in order of upper scores as influencer having a high influence degree for each mental state.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
