PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system capable of making a relevant elevator priority user surely use an elevator in standby due to an automatic call aiming at the elevator priority user, and a device and a method for controlling the operation of an elevator.;SOLUTION: In the elevator system, a visitor management device, an IC card reader device and an operation control device are connected to one another.
