KIDNEY FAILURE BLOOD TREATMENT, ESPECIALLY TREATMENT PREDICTION AND OPTIMIZATION FOR HOUSEHOLD HEMODIALYSIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide kidney failure blood treatment, especially, preferable treatment prediction and optimization for household hemodialysis.SOLUTION: A kidney failure blood treatment system comprises: (i) a kidney failure blood treatment machine; (ii) a treatment formulation for a patient who is treated by the kidney failure blood treatment machine so as to remove a solute from blood of the patient; (iii) inspection including plural blood samples which are collected at plural times during inspection treatment, so as to determine density level of the solute at the respective plural times; and (iv) a device which is programmed so as to use a dynamic model to the solute in a first instance about at least one of the density levels of the solute, for estimating at least one estimation patient parameter. The device is further programmed so as to allow a user to determine at least one of a treatment persistence time for treatment formulation, treatment frequency, dialysis liquid flow rate, or blood flow rate.
