PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant drawing-in device and plant stock transplantation system that are capable of surely drawing root of a plant stock in a hole part with simple configuration and capable of improving production efficiency without requiring monitoring and manual work for inserting root.SOLUTION: A plant drawing-in device 110 comprises a drawing-in cylinder 111 which can be disposed below a hole part 121, a drawing-in member 113 provided so as to be able to protrude from the drawing-in cylinder 111, and a drive part 114 which reciprocates the drawing-in member 113 so that it can retract from the drawing-in cylinder 111. The drawing-in member 113 is formed in such a manner that a part protruded from the drawing-in cylinder 111 is deformed and spread outward.
