PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optometry equipment control program, ophthalmologic apparatus, and optometry system capable of retaining operability even when multifunctionality is advanced.SOLUTION: The optometry equipment control program causes a computer for controlling optometry equipment that presents a target to a subject's eye through an optical element, to function as storage means and equipment control means. The storage means prestores control information in which an operation content of gesture operations with respect to an operation terminal having an operation surface capable of detecting a touch operation, and a control content of the optometry equipment are associated with each other. When an operation is performed on the operation surface, the equipment control means identifies the control content associated with the operation content on the basis of the control information, and controls the optometry equipment to change the target based on the identified control content.
