PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opto-tomographic image capturing apparatus for eyes, capable of acquiring excellent tomographic images suitable for observation and analysis.SOLUTION: An image capturing apparatus includes: an image capturing optical system 100 for acquiring by optical scanning, a plurality of tomographic images of an eye to be examined; and an image processing means 70 for correcting the deviation in magnification factors of a scanning direction among the plurality of tomographic images acquired by the image capturing optical system 100. For example, the image processing means 70 corrects the deviation in magnification factors on the basis of the plurality of tomographic images. In addition, the means 70 acquires the information about positional deviation among the tomographic images for each image, and corrects the positional deviation among the tomographic images on the basis of the information about the positional information for each acquired image.
