PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical diagnosis support device, operating method of the medical diagnosis device, medial diagnosis support program and medical diagnosis support system that can provide optimal medical diagnosis support information within a range of display items allowing medical doctors to browse of medical diagnosis information, and can provide a development environment making it easy to efficiently improve the medial diagnosis support program providing the medical diagnosis support information.SOLUTION: A medical diagnosis support server 11 has an association setting unit 95 and a parameter output unit 94A. The association setting unit 95 can set an association of a display item to be displayed on a display screen of the medical diagnosis information on patients with a medical diagnosis support program for outputting the medical diagnosis information thereof for each medical diagnosis. The parameter output unit 94A outputs all of first medical diagnosis information corresponding to the display item in a mode capable of identifying the display item as a parameter of the medical diagnosis support program.
