PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for leading a liability risk for automated optimization and adaptation in signaling generation by triggering risk exposure of an insurance target.SOLUTION: A method for forecasting frequencies associated to future loss and loss distribution for individual risks of a plurality of operation units 30 with at least one measurable liability exposure by independently operated liability risk drivers, and for related automated processing of a loss determination unit 40 by a controller 10 which is a control unit. The method dynamically adapts a set of liability risk drivers to change the liability risk driver regarding a liability exposure signal measured in accordance with periodic time response and exchange to be driven by a liability risk between the loss determination unit 40 and the operation unit 30 is adjusted on the basis of the adapted liability exposure signal.
