PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bubbles which make unconventional movements such as not only striking bubbles or collapsing, but also movements under rotation for liquid agitation or cleaning.;SOLUTION: A vortex ring generator 1, which comprises a core material formed of a conductive material, a contour part including an extension part formed of an insulation material and extended from the tip of the core material and makes at least a part come in contact with the core material to cover the core material, a bubble jet member 2 formed between the extension part and the tip of the core material and containing a gap having a bubble jet opening, and parent bubble generation means 3, is characterized in that a vortex ring 4 is formed by making bubbles 21 jetted out of the bubble jet member collide with parent bubbles 31 generated from the parent bubble generation means.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
