PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make synchronization of authentication management data continue, by easily switching a synchronization destination for the authentication management data.SOLUTION: An image formation device for storing authentication management data to be used for authenticating a user comprises: first reception means for receiving, from an image formation device managing authentication management data to be master data, list data on image formation devices having performed a synchronization request for authentication management data to the image formation device; second reception means for receiving authentication management data to be master data from an external device; storage means for storing the list data received by the first reception means and the authentication management data to be master data received by the second reception means; and notification means for notifying, according to the list data, other image formation devices that the notifying image formation device is an image formation device storing the authentication management data to be master data, in order to switch an image formation device of a synchronization destination when the second reception means receives authentication management data to be master data.
