PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen display controller capable of facilitating identification of a page of a menu screen including a target menu item out of menu screens constituted of a plurality of pages, and further to provide a screen display device and a screen display control method.;SOLUTION: A screen display controller includes: an operation history writing section; an operation history reading section; a display page selection section; and a menu screen display control section. The operation history writing section writes operation history information where a selected menu item and operation time when selection operation is performed are associated with each other in an operation history storage section. The operation history reading section reads the operation history information for a predetermined period from the operation history storage section when operation instructing to turn over a special page is performed. The display page selection section acquires a page number of a menu screen including the menu item indicated by the operation history information read and instructs to display the menu screen of the page number acquired.
