PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a load of a new request and transfer to a proper virtual machine.SOLUTION: A virtualization system includes a client terminal 1000 for transmitting a request, a virtualized server 3000, storage 5000 and a load distribution device 2000 for transferring the request to a proper virtual machine 4000. The load distribution device 2000 includes: a request load database 252 for storing request load information by combining information about the request with load information given to the virtual machine 4000 and the storage 5000 by the request in regard to the request received in the past from the client terminal 1000; similar request retrieval means 203 for retrieving a similar request from the request load database 252 on the basis of information of a new request when receiving the new request; target machine selection means for selecting the proper virtual machine 4000 as a transfer destination by predicting a load of the new request on the basis of the similar request.
