PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood glucose level information management device, a blood glucose level information management system, and a blood glucose level improvement promotion sheet capable of presenting motivation information which encourages a patient to continuously perform an action for improving a blood glucose level thereof.SOLUTION: A blood glucose level information management system 1 has a medical information management server 10 which: generates change information on biological data during a predetermined period on the basis of blood glucose level information acquired through a registered medical information acquisition device (blood glucose meter 3); obtains reply information on the basis of lifestyle questionnaire information asking a patient about a lifestyle thereof during the predetermined period; and generates improvement level display information in a form of a diagram indicating an improvement level on the basis of the reply information. The change information on the biological data, the lifestyle questionnaire information, the reply information thereof and the improvement level display information is data which can be displayed on a single sheet. The lifestyle questionnaire information is related only to actions contributing to improvement in the blood glucose level. The improvement level display information indicates a degree of execution of the actions contributing to the improvement in the blood glucose level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
