PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopstick motion feature determination device capable of determining how chopsticks are moving.;SOLUTION: A chopstick motion feature determination device 1 comprises: acceleration acquisition means (signal processing unit 13) for acquiring fixed chopstick acceleration for each of a plurality of axial directions detected by an acceleration sensor 11 provided in fixed chopsticks K and acting chopstick acceleration for each of the axial directions detected by an acceleration sensor 21 provided in acting chopsticks S; and a chopstick motion feature determination unit 17 for calculating relative acceleration derived by subtracting the fixed chopstick acceleration from the acting chopstick acceleration for each axial direction, and determining, on the basis of a relative acceleration pattern indicating a difference in the relative acceleration for each axial direction, which motion feature among a plurality of predetermined motion features the fixed chopsticks K and the acting chopsticks S are operating with at the time the relative acceleration is calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
