PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition for an image display device which is excellent in embedding property into level differences formed on an adherend and has excellent surface flatness, excellent shear strength and excellent visibility, and to provide an adhesive sheet for an image display device, an image display device and a method for manufacturing an image display device using the same.;SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive resin composition for an image display device which comprises (A) a polycarbonate urethane, (B) a thermoplastic resin, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and (D) a phosphoric acid ester (meth)acrylate monomer.
