PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus for a paving machine that presents a circumferential dead-angle region in an easier-to-understand way.;SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus 100 for a paving machine which generates an output image on the basis of input images that three cameras 2F, 2L, and 2R fitted to an asphalt finisher 60 pick up respectively includes: coordinate associating means 10 of associating coordinates in a space model MD arranged at a periphery of the asphalt finisher 60 with coordinates on an input image plane where the input images are located; and output image generating means 11 of generating the output image by associating values of coordinates on the input image plane with values of coordinates on an output image plane where the output image is located. The space model MD includes a first plane region R1 parallel to a road surface and a second plane region R2 crossing the road surface, and the second plane region R2 is set at a traveling-direction front end of the asphalt finisher 60.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
