PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device circular polarization plate having reduced external light reflection and excellent uniformity, and an organic electroluminescent display device having the same.;SOLUTION: There is provided an organic electroluminescent display device circular polarization plate in which a polarizer and a λ/4 phase difference film are laminated, in which an angle formed by a lagging axis of the λ/4 phase difference film and an absorption axis of the polarizer is 45°, and an internal haze value of the λ/4 phase difference film in 45° polarized light incidence is in a range of 0.01-0.1%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
