PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation for oral administration including a polymerized cyclic nitroxide radical compound as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: A preparation includes a polymerized cyclic nitroxide radical compound represented by general formula (I), PEG-CNR (I) (wherein PEG is a segment including a poly(ethylene glycol) and CNR is a polymer segment including a repeating unit which includes a cyclic nitroxide radical bonded to a polymer main chain via a linking group having at least one imino group as a part of a pendant group). The cyclic nitroxide radical is bonded to the polymer main chain via the linking group of o- or p-phenylene 1-6C alkylene-NH-(1-6C alkylene)q- (here, q is 0 or 1).
