Method and system for anti-glitch cryptographic discrete log-based signature

The methods and devices disclosed herein employ techniques for resisting glitch attacks in computing discrete log-based signatures. The method and system described herein replaces a random nonce in a conventional signature system with a pseudo-random nonce derived in a deterministic manner from some internal state information such as a secret key or a counter. The nonce is not repeated. The methods and systems described herein can use tests to verify that no glitches are occurring or detected. [Selection] Figure 3A-1
