PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an Al-Mg-Si-based aluminum alloy member for joining resins which has excellent durability, extrusion workability, and mechanical characteristics, the innate abilities of the aluminum alloy, while maintaining excellent adhesion and airtightness between aluminum and a resin by joining a resin molding to a surface of the Al-Mg-Si-based aluminum alloy member, and which is suitable for producing an aluminum-resin composite suitable for various applications having opportunities to be exposed to harsh environment.;SOLUTION: In a method for producing an Al-Mg-Si-based aluminum alloy member for joining resins, solution treatment is performed on an Al-Mg-Si-based aluminum alloy substrate with a Mn content of less than 0.05 mass% in the conditions of 500-600°C and 1-20 hours, then aging treatment is performed in the conditions of 150-300°C and 1-20 hours, and then etching treatment is performed with an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid and/or nitric acid, thereby imparting a surface treatment layer on a surface of the aluminum alloy substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
