PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master batch suitable for production of a product which has sunlight absorbability, heat accumulation properties and far infrared radiation properties and is capable of exerting a thermal insulation effect, independently of indoor or outdoor, and a fiber and a fabric.SOLUTION: A near infrared absorbable master batch is produced by melt-extruding a mixture of a near infrared absorbable particles combining near infrared absorbability in the spectrum in the region of wavelengths of 0.7-2 micro-meters and a far infrared radiation properties with an emittance of equal to or higher than 0.85 in the spectrum in the region of wavelengths of 2-22 micro-meters and a first polymer.
