PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incontinence countermeasure underwear for men, capable of easily preventing external face contamination of trousers due to residual urine during penis storage after urination.SOLUTION: A taking-in and out piece 14 which can be taken in and out with a penis P via an opening 13, which is suspended to a lower part of the penis during urination, which covers a tip end of the penis during penis storage after urination, and which is formed of a water absorption material, is provided on inside of the opening 13 for taking in and out the penis disposed on a front part of the underwear. On a longitudinal direction intermediate part of the taking-in and out piece 14, a holding part 15 where the penis P is passed between it and the taking-in and out piece 14 on the upper side of the taking-in and out piece 14 and holding the taking-in and out piece 14 at a lower side of the penis during urination, is provided.
