PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video analysis processing device, a video analysis processing method, and a video analysis processing program which can perform highly accurate video analysis processing while speeding up the analysis processing efficiently.SOLUTION: A video analysis processing device 20 comprises: a plurality of processing worker units 232-1 to 232-n which execute analysis processing for detecting an event section of video independently and in parallel to each other; a division number determination unit 24 which determines, within the number of processing worker units the device itself has, the number of divisions of video to be processed in order for analysis processing to be executed by the plurality of processing worker units so that an estimated total processing time calculated on the basis of a processible length of video per unit time and the length of video to be processed becomes shortest; a processing section identification unit 25 which identifies information on a position in video between a plurality of processing sections divided on the basis of the determined number of divisions; an analysis processing management unit 26 which assigns each of the identified processing sections to each processing worker unit; and a detection result integration unit 27 which integrates the result of analysis processing executed by each processing worker unit.
