Of the baseline amount of ink , 5~30wt% is a film-forming resin , 0.01~5wt% is nanometer or micrometer dyes , 30~60wt% is an organic solvent , 0.01~5wt % is a wetting agent , the balance comprising water , and stirring the components at room temperature , and mixed , after a film-forming resin was completely dissolved , the impurities and / or insoluble materials in the present invention is removed by a multi-stage filtration the resulting filtrate is the ink . The ink of the present invention , the ink jet printer is sprayed on the metal base material surface to form a printed pattern , after curing , it is possible to print them directly on the machine , chemical contamination and post-treatment processes is reduced at the same time , the number of printed sheets of printing plates may reach 100,000 copies at a resolution of up to 175lpi.
