PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration in reading accuracy due to various noise factors in sequence decoding in a massively parallel sequencer.SOLUTION: A technique is provided for decoding a sequence based on sequence features on a difficult-to-read DNA sequence, more specifically, carrying out processing for classifying the difficult-to-read sequence into feature groups based on the features of the sequence, processing for learning criteria of fluorescent colors in each cycle using known DNA sequence data for every feature of each group, and processing for decoding the sequence by applying the criteria learned on the feature groups on the sequence when decoding an unknown experiment DNA sequence.
