PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a traffic ticket at an entrance tollgate of a toll road, and to collect toll according to information which is recorded on the traffic ticket at an exit tollgate of the toll road.;SOLUTION: A toll collection system includes: a ticket issuing device 140 which is provided at an entrance tollgate P1 corresponding to an automatic toll collection system to issue a traffic ticket on which information on a cause that the entrance tollgate P1 cannot be normally passed through is recorded to a user who cannot normally pass through the entrance tollgate P1; and a toll calculation device 150 which is provided at an exit tollgate P2 corresponding to a traffic ticket system to calculate toll on the basis of the information on the cause that the entrance tollgate P1 cannot be normally passed through, which is recorded on the traffic ticket.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
