PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables automatic start of a video chat with an operator suitable for solving a problem.;SOLUTION: A video chat terminal 200 transmits question contents accepted input from a user to a data center 300. The data center 300 transmits a connection destination of an operator terminal 400 corresponding to the question contents transmitted from the video chat terminal 200 to the video chat terminal 200.
