PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively deal with an act of walking out with unaccounted-for merchandise from a shop where a registration device and an accounting device are alienated.;SOLUTION: A camera 19 is installed in a vicinity of a registration device 10 configured to register information on merchandise designated as a purchase object as purchasing-merchandise data. The camera 19 images purchasing-customer image data, and the purchasing-customer image data is associated with the purchasing- merchandise data and stored. When a purchasing customer operates an accounting device 20 and performs an accounting process, negation processing of the purchasing-merchandise data is performed. Visiting-customer image data obtained by imaging a customer visiting a shop with the camera 61 is compared with purchasing-customer image data associated to unaccounted-for purchasing-merchandise data, and when the purchasing-customer image data associated with unaccounted-for purchasing-merchandise information coincides with the visiting-customer image data, it is determined that the customer does not pay the account yet and an alarm is issued.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
