Disclosed are: a flame-retardant adhesive agent composition comprising 100 parts by mass of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer having a theoretical hydroxy value of 70 to 250 and 20 to 150 parts by mass of a non-halogen flame retardant agent; a flame-retardant heat-conductive adhesive agent composition prepared by adding 50 to 300 parts by mass of heat-conductive particles having an average particle diameter of 1 to 100 m to the flame-retardant adhesive agent composition; and an adhesive sheet produced by forming an adhesive layer on one surface or both surfaces of a base using the flame-retardant adhesive agent composition or the flame-retardant heat-conductive adhesive agent composition.
