PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame that is good in workability by eliminating the need for an action to get under solar panels, and can have many solar panel installed with any gap.SOLUTION: Two parallel materials 4 which are parallel with each other in a horizontal direction are fitted to a foundation part at intervals on an upper side and a lower side of an inclined surface. Slide metal fittings are fixed to both end portions of two panel receiving materials 6. Two panel receiving materials 6A with slide metal fittings are extended between the horizontal materials 4 on the upper side and lower side of the inclined surface at an interval in a lateral direction. Frame materials, extending in a slide direction, of a plurality of solar panels are fixed to the two panel receiving materials 6A with the slide metal fittings with bolts respectively to form a panel unit 20 mounted with a plurality of sola panels in an inclined surface inclination direction. The panel unit 20 is slide on the horizontal materials 4 in the lateral direction up to a predetermined position and the slide metal fittings are fixed to the horizontal material 4 with bolts. The operation is repeated to install a plurality of solar panels adjoining each other in the inclined surface inclination direction and lateral direction.
