PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a loss of an opportunity of voting due to a voting close for a race when a remaining amount of money is insufficient in a cashless terminal or the like.;SOLUTION: A voting data keeping device comprises a voting input part 1 for inputting a voting and a deposit part 3 for depositing money, and when a purchase amount corresponding to the voting exceeds a deposit amount in the deposit part 3, performs a voting that can be purchased according to a priority condition selected by a fan and stores the voting that cannot be purchased as voting reservation data.
