PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like powder for cosmetic compositions, which effectively enhances moldability and impact resistance of a solid powdery cosmetic composition.;SOLUTION: This invention relates to a plate-like powder for cosmetic compositions, which is surface-treated with a silicone gel, in which the silicone gel is obtained by a hydrolyzing and condensing an organopolysiloxane having reactive opposite ends, shown in the following formula (1), and a cross-linking agent comprising at least one of a silane coupling agent of the following formula (2) having two or more hydrolyzable groups per one molecule and a reactive organopolysiloxane having the following formula (3). The silicone gel has a finely three-dimensional crosslinking structure of the diorganopolysiloxane, in which in the silicone gel, the distortion rate at 25°C is 17%, a complex modulus at a shear frequency of 4 Hz measured by the dynamic viscoelasticity is 3,000 to 100,000 Pa, a loss coefficient tanδ is 1.0 to 2.5, and a value thereof measured with a durometer type AO is 0.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
