PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car upper handrail device with an elevation stopper in which preparatory work before use and post-processing work after use can be simply carried out.;SOLUTION: A car upper handrail device 1 with an elevation stopper comprises a floor part 3 which is disposed above the outer upper surface of a car of an elevator, a handrail part 5 which is provided on the floor part and is rotatably supported onto the floor part in an arc-shaped, and an elevation stopper 7 which is supported onto the handrail part in such manner that the stopper can rotate integrally to and in synchronization with the handrail part. The handrail part is rotatable between a standby position at which the handrail part is fallen onto the floor part and a use position at which the handrail part stands upright on the floor part. The direction, along which the elevation stopper extends, crosses the direction, along which a rotational axis of the handrail part extends, at both of the standby position and the use position of the handrail part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
