PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process monitoring technique not significantly affecting a program to be monitor, yet capable of preventing itself from falling into the incapability of monitoring.;SOLUTION: Process monitoring means 120_i is realized by a dynamic link library incorporated into a process to be monitored. Monitoring between a plurality of process monitoring means is configured so that the process monitoring means 120_i monitors the operating state of one process monitoring means 120_i-1 other than itself, and the operating state of itself is monitored from one process monitoring means 120_i+1 other than itself. When the stoppage of the process monitoring means 120_i-1 to be monitored is detected, the process monitoring means 120_i executes a program 130_i-1 to be monitored that corresponds to the process monitoring means 120_i-1 that has stopped so that it is not included in the same process tree as the process monitoring means 120_i.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
